Here are some easy ways to use TT Asafoetida and make your dish Tasty and Healthy. 1. Add 1/2 tsp of TT Asafoetida powder directly in hot oil (tempering) and use to flavor Dal, Sambar, Rasam, Chutneys etc.
1. Soak a 1 tsp of TT cake or powdered asafoetida in water and add it to other liquid such as water, tamarind pulp, tomato juice to make base curry or gravies.3. Add a pinch while TT powder while cooking lentils, legumes, vegetable soups etc. to enhance flavor!
