Spicy Carte Premium Cashew is a blend of W 320 and W 240 grades.

It’s one of the most valuable processed nuts traded on the global commodity markets and is also an important cash crop. Kerala is the second largest cashew nut producer in India and most of the cashew processing units are concentrated in Kollam district. Thus, Kollam rightfully earned the title “Cashew Capital of the World”.
The reason that cashews are expensive is because they grow individually on a apple like fruit and must be removed manually. Cashew nut processing includes roasting, removing the shell, extracting oil from the shell, peeling the kernel, selecting and packing the nuts according to quality and grade. Kerala cashews are considered to be 100% Organic and the best quality in the world, as these cashew trees are growing in the most favorable climatic and soil conditions here.
Cashews are an excellent source of several vitamins and minerals. Among all, they have a buttery, sweet and salty taste which makes them the world’s favourite nut – as a snack. These cashew nut kernels are either eaten raw or roasted and salted. A healthy daily intake of nuts is: 20 almonds and 15 cashews.
