Details: Bell MX-9 Adventure MIPS Matte Black Dual Sport Helmet

Born from Bells extensive and legendary experience, the Bell MX-9 Helmet blends the best of their dirt and street knowledge into a feature packed middleweight Adventure helmet. Equally at home on the street as it is in the dirt, the MX-9 panders to those riders who are out there pushing boundaries and not stopping when the road ends and the trail begins.

Easily one of Bells most anticipated helmets, the MX-9 Adventure comes with MIPS. MIPS uses a slip plane system that moves inside the helmet, mimicking the brains own protection system. This layer is designed to rotate inside the helmet with the intent to potentially slow or reduce the amount of energy transferred to or from the head. Based closely on the new MX-9, you get the same aggressive looking polycarbonate shell and venting system. However, naturally Bell has created a new, more aerodynamic visor and a large flip up face shield to go with it. Equally capable on the street or dirt, you get a design that likes fast riding on both surfaces.
